The meeting was held in Yujing Hot Spring Hotel in Lushan on June 13, 2008. Representatives from the Municipal Development & Reform Commission, Hi-tec Zone of the city, PTC and all construction organizations attended the meeting. In the meeting chaired by Liang Jianjun, chief of the management department, Tang Yunshan, deputy general manager of the company, delivered a speech.

Opening ceremony of the building of Factory No.2 was held on Sept.30 2006. Construction of the project started on Oct.16, 2006 and was completed on Nov. 2, 2007. In the construction of 12.5 months, all construction units organized deliberately and worked hard according to the schedule of the company and overcame difficulties existing in complicated procedure, cross construction, winter construction and rainy season construction so as to complete the project successfully, creating a favorable condition for the development of PTC.    

The management of PTC awarded units and individuals who were outstanding in the construction of factory No.2 so as to establish models and encourage integrity. In the meeting, 2 outstanding construction units, 2 outstanding management individuals and 5 outstanding management individuals were awarded and 3 awards for ??Safe Progress?? were granted. 

Representatives from the constructions units spoke in the meeting to express their thanks for the support provided by PTC and promised they would do a good maintenance job in the guarantee period of the engineering. They wished PTC would develop well and hoped to cooperate with PTC in the future.
