Henan Pinggao Toshiba High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd(hereinafter as “PTC”),co-invested and co-established  by Henan Pinggao Electric Co., Ltd. (PG) China and TOSHIBA Co.(TOSHIBA)JAPAN, was founded on September 8, 2000 .It fully adops TOSHIBA's leading   echnolog  and   management procedures andspecializes in the production of high-voltage switchesgear  equipments.  

The first factory has an area of 47, 600m2, with the registered capital of USD 12.5 million ,and the total investment of USD 21 million.To meet the rapid development of the company,the second factory, which covers an areaof 100,000m2,was put into use on November 2, 2007 with a toal investment of USD 26.25 million.Up to now,PTC's reg-istered capital is USD 25 million.

PTC developed quickly in recent yearswith its sales value had reached 1.5 billion Yuan in 2007and the expected The company has been developing rapidly over the recent years. With a sales output value of 1.5 billion Yuan in 2007, the company is expected to have a sales output value of 1.8 billion Yuan in 2008. At present,PTC has the capacity of 2.5 billion Yuan  industrial output value each year .
